why can't i update my credit card info???!!!

is someone from billing support monitoring this???

i am on deployment and i can't update a simple **** credit card... why not???why do i need to contact billing support??? and when i try i get redirected to a millioin other links that lead me to nowwhere!!!! now i am here after wasting 4 hours and i'm nowhere close to getting the **** songs i want!!! do i need to switch to pandora for all my music???? ******
